How long does it take to implement Ravetree?

Most teams are up and running with core functions in 1–2 weeks. Ravetree includes unlimited free tailored onboarding and setup support, with no setup or cancellation fees, so you can migrate data and train your team quickly.

Is there a free trial or way to get started?

Yes—you can start your first project completely free with no credit card required. A full-featured free trial is available so you can explore the entire platform with your team before deciding.

Can I limit what users see or do in Ravetree?

Yes, you can. Ravetree offers advanced permission rules to control what users can see and do. You can limit their ability to create & edit tasks, access financial information, and much more.

These permission roles can be customized and layered, making it simple to restrict access for employees, contractors, and freelancers.

Will Ravetree give refunds?

Ravetree does not issue refunds. If you are on a paid plan, then you can cancel at any time and your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

Do you store my credit card information?

Ravetree does not store your credit card information. Also, your credit card information never touches our servers. We use a trusted industry leading credit card processing
API to handle all payments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For paid plans we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. All payments are made in US Dollars. We can also accept checks, postal orders, or payments by phone.

Can I keep my data if I leave?

We provide data export features for work items (e.g., projects and tasks), contacts, accounts, time logs, expenses, deals, invoices, and proposals. Your exported data is saved in a .csv file which can easily be opened in programs such as Excel.

Are there setup or cancellation fees?

There are no setup or cancellation fees. In fact, all new customers get unlimited, free onboarding and setup.

What kind of support do you offer?

Ravetree offers US-based, human customer support via live chat and email (support@ravetree.com). We also offer customers the ability to schedule video calls with our support team. Response times for live chat support is typically within minutes (sometimes seconds), while our email support offers a guaranteed 24 hour response time, although response times are usually much shorter.

What browsers should I use?
Can I add more users?

You can always add more users once you are on a paid plan. You will be billed pro-rata for each additional
user up to your renewal date. This applies whether you are on the monthly payment plan or the annual plan.
